Ground beef - mascarpone - mushroom pasta with an unexpected ingredient
Just by playing around, I happened to discover a great addition to a simple classic creamy pasta. Stick around to find out what it is!
For children I make the most basic and easy ground beef - tomato sauce for pasta all the time and obviously there are a lot of ways to make it You can add bell pepper (as on the photo above) or mushrooms (as in the recipe below), you can garnish is with all kinds of herbs and the fuss is minimal for the whole dish. Then, one day, I came up with the idea to unify an omnivore and vegan diet and use one of the flagships of vegan seasoning - nutritional yeast together with meat and dairy. And since then, I've been doing it all the time in various dishes. It just adds such an incredible flavor to pretty much every possible savory comfort food.
